JERROY pipe fittings are manufactured to European product quality and safety standards.
Production of JERROY pipe fittings is certified under ISO 9001 international quality management standards. The products meet European CE standards.
According to the manufacturer, JERROY ball valves have a service life of at least 20 000 “open-close” cycles. The valves have a service life of more than 50 years, provided that the installation and operating rules are followed.
The stylized JERROY logo on the valve casing and the shape and color of the handles are the key identifying features of original JERROY valves.
The T-shaped handle (or “butterfly”) of JERROY ball valves is wedge-shaped. This handle design considerably reduces the effort required to open and close the valve. The uniqueness of the construction and design of this JERROY valve handle is protected by patents.
In addition to the trademark logo, a series of other symbols and markings is also placed on a JERROY valve casing: the marking for CW617N brass used to make the valve, information on the pressure rating (PN), and the nominal diameter (DN). You may also see a four-digit number indicating the month and year of manufacture on the valve casing. A hologram sticker 1 cm in diameter with an image of the JERROY logo and name is placed on the handles of original JERROY valves.
Water and steam valve handles are typically brown, and gas valve handles are yellow.
